Your vacation in the Florida Keys in a quintessential island home awaits. This three bedroom, three bath home is located in the heart of Islamorada, the Fishing Capital of the World. Naturally, with a focus on fishing, diving, or just enjoying the waters of the Keys, this home comes with dedicated dockage (up to 28 feet and 9 foot beam), just steps from your front door. The marina leads straight out to Snake Creek, which has immediate bay and ocean access.

In the Keys, it’s all about waterfront living. This home is located in Venetian Shores, one of the most sought after locations for waterfront homes in Islamorada. Each of the three bedrooms and the living room/great room offer a waterfront view of the marina and Florida Bay.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open floor plan, with the kitchen and dining open to the main living areas. The main bedroom features a king bed, private bath with shower/tub combination and access to the sundeck facing the marina. Additionally, there is a spacious second bedroom with dual queen sized beds and an adjacent bath with shower and laundry with full size washer and dryer.

Downstairs, connected by a custom spiral staircase, there is an additional common area with sofa/Murphy bed that opens to the canal front deck and tiki. The third bedroom, with sliding glass doors opening to both the marina-facing front of the house and the canal at the rear of the property thru the downstairs common area. There is also a third bathroom with full shower.

But outside is where you’ll spend your down time when you’re not on the water or exploring the Keys. Either on the front veranda overlooking the marina and Bay, or in the new tiki hut in the back overlooking the quiet canal, you’ll find your happy place.

Nearby, you can launch your boat at Founders Park, just a mile and a half from your dock. You’ll also find the World Famous Tiki Bar at Holiday Isle, rumored to be the birthplace of the Rumrunner. As for dining, naturally we have some of the best seafood restaurants, as well as everything from a traditional steak house to a Mexican Cantina or even an Irish Pub and everything in between. Groceries and sundries are also nearby, at either Winn Dixie or Publix or one of the two smaller local grocers.

Day trips are easy, with famed Key West just 2 hours away. Be sure to check out some of the local favorites like Bahia Honda State Park, the protected Key Deer Refuge, the World famous Seven Mile Bridge and Pigeon Key, and of course, the southernmost point in the United States, located in Key West
