How do I make a reservation?
Since our homes are listed with individual agents, please call the rental agent associated with the property you would like to book. You may also fill out the CONTACT MANAGER button on the right side of the property page and an agent will contact you as soon as possible.
What are the check in/check out times?
Check in- 4:00 pm
Check out- 10:00 am
(Early check-in and/or late check-out times may be possible for an additional fee. Please check with your rental agent.)
How do I check in?
Except for after-hours and Sunday or Holiday arrivals, check-in is usually at our offices, located on the main highway (U.S. One or Overseas Highway) in Key Largo, Islamorada, Big Pine Key, and Sugarloaf. Your rental agent will provide specific details for each reservation.
Are pets allowed?
We do have several single-family homes which are pet friendly. Please ask your agent.
Are towels and linens provided?
Each of our rental properties is different but most are stocked with extra bed linens & blankets, pillows and a generous supply of bath towels. Beach/pool towels are also provided.
Is there internet access?
Many of our properties offer free high-speed internet access for guests, either wireless or via Ethernet cable. If this amenity is not listed in the property description, please ask your rental agent if it can be supplied for a small additional fee. There are also a number of local restaurants & businesses that offer wireless internet service to the public, as well as our local Public Library.
